Rafting Camp Grand Tara is located 20 km upstream from Foča, next to the confluence of the Tara and Piva rivers, where the Drina River is born. It is surrounded by beautiful mountains – Vučevo, Maglić, Vukuša, Pliješ, and Zelengora.

The camp's capacity is 85 beds arranged in new rooms with bathrooms, multi-bed bungalows with bathrooms, and double bungalows.

At Grand Tara camp, all rules that put your safety first are respected. For rafting, you'll receive specialized suits, helmets, and all necessary equipment. Those who wish for hiking or biking have countless options, from trekking to tours around lakes that stretch across three national parks.

Day 1: Arrival at the camp

Arrival at the Grand-Tara rafting center at a time that suits you. When you arrive at the camp, a welcome drink and our friendly staff await you. Accommodation in bungalows or rooms. Dinner and socializing by the campfire (music on weekends). Overnight

Day 2: The rafting adventure begins

Early breakfast, scheduled time around 7am. You will be presented with general safety rules and instructions on how to behave during rafting. You will also be given all the necessary equipment that will make your descent safe and enjoyable (neoprene suit and boots, vest, helmet). Then we will set off in our off-road vehicles to the starting point of our first descent, the rafting site on Đurđevića Tara. Day 3: Continuation of the rafting adventure

Breakfast. Continuation to the most grandiose parts of the Tara River Canyon, we overcome new rapids, we encounter the Bailović Waterfalls, the lake from which it flows, as well as other beauties that will be on our way. After a break at Brštanovica, we have about 30km of descent through the most attractive part of the Tara River Canyon.
