Rafting Camp Grand Tara is located 20 km upstream from Foča, next to the confluence of the Tara and Piva rivers, where the Drina River is born. It is surrounded by beautiful mountains – Vučevo, Maglić, Vukuša, Pliješ, and Zelengora.

The camp's capacity is 85 beds arranged in new rooms with bathrooms, multi-bed bungalows with bathrooms, and double bungalows.

At Grand Tara camp, all rules that put your safety first are respected. For rafting, you'll receive specialized suits, helmets, and all necessary equipment. Those who wish for hiking or biking have countless options, from trekking to tours around lakes that stretch across three national parks.

Canyoning Nevidio

One-day package, most often combined with other packages from our offer. Nevidio Canyon is a very popular canyon for commercial canyoning and is a highly sought after package by our guests. It was only conquered in 1965.

Some of the majestic water cascades and foaming beech trees of Komarnica can only be overcome by jumping into the cold, turbulent water, whose maximum temperature in the summer is 5 to 10 °C, or by descending with the help of ropes down wet and slippery rocks.

Nevidio Canyon is a place of extraordinary beauty. The name "Nevidio", meaning "never seen", suggests that it is an unprecedented natural attraction. The canyon was created by the small Komarnica River between the slopes of the Durmitor and Vojnik mountains. See the pictures below that speak louder than words

Morning: Departure

Breakfast until 08:00. Breakfast will be served at Grand Camp Tara and consists of traditional local specialties. There is a possibility of a special menu for vegans, vegetarians and fasting menu.

a.m. Canyoning

Departure in our off-road vehicles towards the Nevidio Canyon. Upon arrival at the starting point, we change into complete canyoning equipment and after a briefing, we enter the canyon. The passage through the canyon takes about 3-4 hours, depending on the number of participants and the physical fitness of the participants. In the canyon, we overcome obstacles, jump down natural waterfalls and many other attractions. There are also planned breaks for rest and photography. Upon leaving the canyon, return to the vehicle. Change into dry clothes

Afternoon: Return to camp

After canyoning, an organized lunch awaits us in a national restaurant in the immediate vicinity of the canyon. Return to Grand Camp Tara. End of the arrangement
