Rafting Camp Grand Tara is located 20 km upstream from Foča, next to the confluence of the Tara and Piva rivers, where the Drina River is born. It is surrounded by beautiful mountains – Vučevo, Maglić, Vukuša, Pliješ, and Zelengora.

The camp's capacity is 85 beds arranged in new rooms with bathrooms, multi-bed bungalows with bathrooms, and double bungalows.

At Grand Tara camp, all rules that put your safety first are respected. For rafting, you'll receive specialized suits, helmets, and all necessary equipment. Those who wish for hiking or biking have countless options, from trekking to tours around lakes that stretch across three national parks.

Excursion to the Perućica rainforest – the only rainforest in Europe

If you want to visit the only rainforest in Europe, then this is the right trip for you. This trip to the "lungs of Europe" will take you back to prehistoric times and untouched nature. Visiting viewpoints and waterfalls, with refreshment breaks with local meals, will make this trip a fond memory

This excursion lasts all day. Departure is planned after breakfast.

Jeep ride to Sutjeska National Park with a stop along the way for photography and a break in the fantastic nature

Tour of the rainforest, where we will also come across the famous Skakavac waterfall, over 80 meters high. After the tour, we continue our drive towards Prijevor, then visit a couple of viewpoints and arrive at the historical monument of the National Liberation War Tjentište. Possibility of organized swimming in the pool. Lunch packages will be provided during the excursion

After a full-day excursion, return to our camp where dinner awaits you.

Morning: Breakfast

Breakfast is included in this trip and will be served at Grand Camp Tara, until 10am. Breakfast includes traditional local specialties prepared from local ingredients. Departure is planned after breakfast.

a.m. The adventure begins

Afternoon: Return to camp

After a full day excursion, return to our camp where dinner awaits you. Dinner will be served in the open restaurant of Grand Camp Tara, and will replenish all the energy you have spent on your return from this journey from the prehistoric rainforest back to the modern world.
